Change is the only constant, so they say. Change can come slowly, like a well worn shoe, or as sudden as a clap of thunder.  Change can be terrifying. It may leave us unable to breathe. It can also be like the ocean’s waves and roll right over us without hesitation or influence.

As we go through changes, perhaps looking at situations as sculptures may help us see all that is truly there. A mountain seen from below is entirely different than a mountain seen from above. Moving around ourselves and encircling every aspect of our lives, may enable us to fully understand who and where we are.

Change- the only permanence. Seize the day!!
